We’ve simplified the hiring process by putting you in the driver's seat, giving you access to post jobs any time of the day. Through the thousands of companies we’ve serviced, we’ve had the opportunity to consider feedback on new features that will save time and make your experience easier.

If you have a job that is performed at regular intervals, then you’ll love our new recurring job feature! Posting a recurring job helps to save time on repeated tasks by allowing you to post ahead of the start date, without refilling the required information. Simply fill out the details of the job and select the “Recurring” button. You’ll be able to set daily, weekly, or monthly recurrences. This feature is useful when you have jobs that happen over and over again at regular intervals.
We know that working from a template is much easier than creating a new post from scratch. Our Job Templates feature will allow you to save the details of your job for future use. Not only will this allow you to see an outline of your typical jobs, it will also make it easier for other staff members to post jobs.
Announcement Broadcast To Workers
We can all agree that good communication is essential for a smooth work day. With our Announcement feature, you’ll be able to let workers know critical information or changes like which entrance to use, who to report to, or anything else you might need to say before their shift begins. Your workers will receive an email notification with your announcement, in the timeframe you choose, before the job starts.
More Detailed Job Creation Process
Some jobs require a little bit more information to ensure a successful shift. We now include screens where you can specify the type of work, equipment the workers need to bring, suggested skills, and other relevant job requirements and suggestions.
Assign Project Roles
When a worker is coming to your business, they might be interacting with several different people through the process of checking-in, performing the work, and checking-out. Assigning project roles to your leadership team gives them ownership as the Site Manager, Check-in Manager, and Check-out Manager. This feature helps your workers to know who they should be asking for throughout the work day.
